As with all New Zealander's, we are deeply shocked and saddened by the tragic events which unfolded last Friday and our thoughts, prayers and love goes out to all the families and communities who have been affected. The Braemar Charitable Trust have offered support and heart felt thanks to our health sector colleagues in Christchurch.

In the wake of the deeply sad events in Christchurch the Ministry of Health and 1737 have created resources which give advice for those experiencing mental distress, including how to help and support children, and help with grief.
